There's something strange about... CHARLEY'S AUNT
Maffra Dramatics are excited to be producing the hilarious classic romantic comedy, CHARLEY'S AUNT in August 2025!
In a delightful farce of young love and unfortunate misunderstandings, Oxford students Jack & Charley find themselves in over their heads in pursuit of love when their friend is accidentally mistaken for Charley's wealthy aunt, leading to a series of hilarious complications.
Auditions will be taking place on Thursday 27 March from 7pm at the Maffra Memorial Hall in 10-minute individual slots. Text your name to 0447 193 003 to register for an audition and we will respond with your audition time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your audition time to fill out an audition form. If you are unable to attend on 27 March but still wish to audition, please contact us and we will arrange an alternate date/time.

Celebrating our NEW Life Members
Maffra Dramatic Society Inc. have elected three new Life Members at our Annual General Meeting for the 2023-2024 year. We wish to congratulate (L-R) Barrie Webster, Alison McNair, and Brian Teese for their Life Memberships, awarded for the many years of time, energy and passion that they have provided to the company and it's productions.
We are honoured to volunteer alongside such talented and giving people, and we thank our new Life Members for sharing their lives with both us within the company and our audiences on the stage.
